He is only interested in food and his current status is fugitive. He is asked by both Jang & Shida to join their army. Jacky: A kind man that owns Yasashiki restaurant. He is very good in cooking and his hobby is collecting antique (this explains why he looks very sad to see his restaurant destroyed) Lee: A priest that spread the belief "there should be no violence". He is Anita's brother. Because Anita is kidnapped by Shida, he finally decides to fight along Jacky and Tony to save his sister. Later on he feels sinful and is going to shoot himself. Anita: The female protagonist of this movie; damsel in distress. She is Lee's younger sister. She meets Tony by accident and knows about Tony's sword. She begs Tony to save the town but Tony refused. Later she is kidnapped by Shida because Tony refuses to help her. *MAD DRAGON* Jang: A cruel dictator that rules Mad Dragon City for years. He is accompanied by two subordinates named Ape & Ken, plus a bodyguard named Alex. Normally he wears a mask so nobody ever see his real face. Ape: Jang's subordinate. A reincarnation of monkey.
